Merry Christmas from Kids Outdoor Play EquipmentChristmas 2016

- Last COURIER orders accepted by midnight Sunday 18th Dec for despatch Monday 19th Dec. HOWEVER - we can order the courier to collect, BUT he may not collect if his truck is full. To avoid disappointment, please order early December.
- Last orders to leave via courier will leave the warehouse on Tuesday 20th Dec.
- Last PICK UP orders accepted up until Monday 19th Dec to be collected by COB that day.
- Warehouse then closes until Wednesday January 11th 2017
- All orders that require a courier & received after 11am Monday 19th Dec will be despatched week of the 11th Jan 2017. 
- Kids Outdoor Play Equipment closes Thursday 22nd December 2016, midday, and will reopen 9th January 2017
For Christmas deliveries: while we may be able to despatch all orders by 'safe' dates, HOWEVER
it is still possible that freight may be lost or misdirected in transit, and therefore take longer to arrive at their destination.


Christmas deliveries, ie. orders placed in December,
                     can not be guaranteed,

Shipping & Delivery & Costs and Terms & Conditions
We endeavor to use the most cost effective yet efficient courier service possible. Due to the size of the cartons that the climbers are packed in, and the fact that Australia is a BIG continent, we only ship via road. However if for some reason you need you product quicker and you are interested in paying for air freight, then please call us and we will cost that for you.
Freight costs can be caluculated on the procuct pages and at the start of the shopping cart.

ALL FREIGHT COSTS & ESTIMATED TIME DELIVERIES by the couriers are not the responsibility of Kids Outdoor Play Equipment. We use 3rd Party courier companies.
All stock comes out of Melbourne.  Here are the estimated delivery delivery times around Australia:
Melbourne 1-2 days                           Victoria 1-3 days
Sydney 1-3 days   NSW / ACT 2-3 days
Adelaide 1-3 days   SA 2-4 days
Brisbane 2-4 days   Qld 2-5 days

PLEASE NOTE T & Cs:
    1. We use 3rd party courier companies to move stock
    2. We do not own our own trucks

    4. We can not control when the drivers deliver to your property; however we can give you an approximate transit time as above.
      These times do not take into account the Christmas rush. Please add up to 2-3 weeks on these times.

    6. Once your stock leaves the warehouse, you have been empowered wih consignment details to follow through your order with the couriers.
    7. Once you stock has left the warehouse, we do not refund due to slow passage by the couriers, unless the stock is lost in transit as confirmed by the courier.

A BIT OF REALITY:

Sometimes life doesn't go as expected; and that is because we live in a world where no one is perfect.

Every blue moon the warehouse guys may miss a detail in the order, the courier forgets to pick up or misplaces the package, delivery times are screwed up; and if we are extremely unlucky - all 3 issues happen to the same order.

We pride myself in going the extra mile for our customers - so if it is a blue moon and you order, we will do everything that is humanly possible to make everything 'right' again.

We are always contactable, and always return emails and phone calls.

COSTS:

We somethimes get people enquiring about the cost of shipping.  The charges you see on the web site are what the courier charges us.

Unfortunately none of the play equipment can go via Australia Post, and courier charges are not done on weight alone – they calculate on volume.

All the cartons are fairly big, and the product is flat packed. The freight charge is a raw value of business, and living in the amazing but vast country that we live in - that is one of the costs

 
Warehouse Pick Up Option

You are welcome to pick up Mon-Fri between 9am & 4pm. The warehouse needs notice that you are coming, so as soon as you place your order, they are notified automatically that you are coming to collect and will be expecting to see you within the week unless you notify them otherwise.

Privacy & Security

We will never on-sell your information to anyone or any parties interested. Your information is kept private and secure and is for our company use only. We will use it to enhance our relationship with you by informing you of new product and new promotions.

Returns & Replacements

Once product has left the warehouse we will not accept returns.If product arrives to you damaged or pieces missing, we will replace those pieces in question immediately. If stock is damaged, we will require a photo to be sent through so we can eiether claim damages from the couriers or investigate inhouse any manufacturing issues that need to be addressed.

 

Ordering

This is a fully functioning e-commerce website. However, if you do not feel comfortable ordering on line - you are most welcome to call us and place your order over the phone. If you do use the shopping cart - you will receive via email a confirmation of what you ordered. If you do not, please contact us straight away.

 

Payment, Pricing &Promotions

We have 3 payment options available.

  • Credit Card: by using our online credit facility, you will be connected with the secure gateway called eway

Viewing Orders
You will be able to view your order prior to the final check out procedure of payment. Upon paying, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you do not, please contact us immediately.
Updating Account Information
If you log into our site as a customer, you will receive confirmation of your account via email. If you do not, please let us know as soon as possible. Once you have an accunt, you can go in and change your information whenever you need to.
