Freight Costs are available in Shopping Cart when you add your product to the cart,

We ship goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website. Click for more information

We deliver products using Direct Freight Express, Toll Ipec, Northline / All Australian Logistics and Allied Express. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product
and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.

Estimated Shipping times are detailed on our Customer Service page and are dependant on your location. 


Returns

  • Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
  • If the goods are faulty in any way, parts or a whole new product will be sent our to you. 
  • We do not refund if the product has left the warehouse, and is in transit with the courier.

Do you want to pick up from the warehouse?

That is absolutely fine. It is open Mon-Fri, 9am - 4pm.

They will need notice that you are coming, so as soon as you place your order, they are notified automatically that you are coming to collect and will be expecting to see you within the week unless you notify them otherwise.

Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?

 

Due to the Christmas rush, every delivery driver is out running around all over Australia – they’re doing their very best to get you your products!
Please understand that every order is on a sleigh and on it’s way!

 

How can I track my order?

If you are an Ampi Action Kids customer you would have received a consignment number on your shipment invoice. Please go to your chosen courier website, enter the number and click 'track'. The progress of your parcel should appear on the screen!

Please note that with Northline couriers, you will need to call them with your consignment number, in which they will proceed to give you another number which they will then track, 1300 722 534

 

What if my order doesn’t arrive for Christmas, when will I get it?


If you ordered too close to our Christmas cut-off dates, there is a high chance that you will receive your product in the next working days after Christmas – if you haven’t received anything by the 7th of January please give us a call.
